Joyce Windsor

Joyce Windsor, age 60, of Brogue, PA passed away on September 2, 2014 at York Hospital in York, PA. Born in Baltimore, she is the daughter of the late William Carroll and Marjorie Agnes Cohee Lewis. A homemaker, she was a 1972 graduate of Perry Hall Sr. High and received an AA degree from Essex Community College. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary serving on various councils. She loved angels, cooking and baking, gardening, Christmas and her pets. She also enjoyed being dressed up and wearing her favorite jewelry, but most of all she loved her family.

Mrs. Windsor is survived by her husband of 36 years, Leonard W. Windsor Sr.; sons, Andrew Windsor and his partner, Michael Artus-Cooper, of Aberdeen and Bill Windsor and wife, Crystal, of Delta, PA; sister Barbara Mills of Jarrettsville; and grandson, Cody Windsor.
