Josephine Comer

JOSEPHINE “JOSIE” COMER, age 65, of Abingdon, died in Dundalk on October 28, 2003. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Valentine Vincent and Madeline DiMarino Monaco and the wife of the late Howard G. Comer, Sr. A homemaker and a mom, she loved to play Bingo. She had worked for 9 years for the Sofa Shoe Company in Baltimore.

Mrs. Comer is survived by three sons, Michael J. Wright of Abingdon; Gary W. Wright of Dundalk; Howard G. Comer, Jr. of Baltimore; one daughter, Deborah A. Perez of Abingdon; three sisters, Elaine Pelovitz of Eldersburg; Patricia Ann Tabor of Lexington, North Carolina; Valerie Ewancio of Dundalk; and eight grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two sons, Kevin Wright; Henry William Comer; a daughter, Tina Comer; and a sister, Maria DiPetro.
