Joseph W. Wehner Sr.

JOSEPH W. WEHNER SR., age 78, of Aberdeen, MD, died on September 16, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Towson, MD. Born in Essex, MD, he was the son of the late Mathew and Tabithia Bloodsworth Wehner. A veteran, he served our country in the U.S. Army. He attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Havre de Grace, MD and enjoyed the outdoors, music and dancing. He had worked for Plaza Ford as an automotive mechanic and was an avid duckpin bowler.

Mr. Wehner is survived by three sons, Joseph W. Wehner of Port Deposit, MD, Jay M. Wehner of Abingdon, MD and Jesse K. Wehner of Bel Air, MD; a daughter, Mary-Lynn; two brothers, Edward Wehner of Baltimore, MD and Matthew Wehner Jr. of San Antonio, TX; a sister, Marie Majer of Essex, MD; a companion Jan Scott of Aberdeen, MD; and 2 grandchildren.
