Joseph Steven Patti

Joseph Steven Patti, age 59, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 8, 2011 at his home. Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Silvio Carmen and Elsie Ruth McDougall Patti. A resident of Harford County for most of his life, he worked for 26 years for Harford County Government, currently serving as Deputy Director of Procurement. He was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church in Bel Air, MD and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his nieces and nephews and enjoyed attending their various activities. He was known to always lend a helping hand and always thought of others first.

Mr. Patti is survived by his brothers, Robert M. Patti and wife, Kathy, of Freeland, MD, Thomas E. Patti and wife, Susan, of Bel Air, MD, and John F. Patti and wife, Liz, of Gatlinburg, TN; sister, Barbara A. Concini and husband, John, of Abingdon, MD; and six nieces and nephews.
