Joseph Paul d'Entremont III (Joey), age 14, of Fallston, MD, died on September 17, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Attleboro, MA, he was the son of Joseph Paul d'Entremont Jr. of Fallston, MD and Faith Ann Stevens of Forest Hill, MD. A student at Fallston High School, he played on the football team where he was captain of the defense team, and also played baseball where he pitched for many years. He was a very talented musician and singer. He recorded songs including, "Caught Me By Surprise" which he copyrighted. His friendship had no boundaries and he was loved by all. "Joey" made a tremendous and positive impact in the lives of all he met.
In addition to his parents, Joseph is survived by his brothers, Jarrett T. and Jordan C.O. d'Entremont, Zackary L., Wyatt S., and Tyler G. Powell, all of Fallston, MD; and grandparents, Sherman and Mildred Stevens of Folkston, GA, and Joseph P. Sr. and Margaret d'Entremont of Phoenix, MD.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Emge, Austin Rutkowski, Charles Austin, Eric Daescher, Erik Dettloff, Ean Hall, Jerry Williams, Levi Lloyd, Paul Krawczyk, Brady Kautsch, Chad Hoke, and Matthew Stenger.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Christian Church, Fuel Program for the Youth, 1824 Mountain Road, Joppa, MD 21085. There will also be a fund established for the Fallston Football Recreation program. Donation information will be posted on FallstonRecFootball.com.
