Joseph Joe Charles Thomas

Joseph "Joe" Charles Thomas, age 39, of Bel Air, MD passed away on May 4, 2017 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Jo Ann Jones of Bel Air and the late Ronald Henry Thomas. He completed his Associates in Culinary Arts and worked at the Oak Crest Retirement Community as a chef. He enjoyed watching the Ravens and Orioles, of which he was a huge fan, and also enjoyed playing Disc Golf and video games.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Thomas is survived by his sister, Ronny Michele Thomas, and her fiancé Chris Finnegan, of Parkville, MD.
