Joseph Francis Prietz

Joseph Francis Prietz, age 55, of Essex, Maryland passed away on June 18, 2022. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Gloria (Geer) Prietz and the late Melvin Prietz. He was a traveling "Carney", and he worked the carnival circuit up and down the east coast and loved his cat "Precious Girl". Joseph loved life and was anxious to participate in all activities as best he could. He will be remembered as a loyal friend who gave of himself as much as possible.     

Joseph is survived by his daughter, Destinee Renae Haller; sisters, Eve Prietz, Andrea Ohlendorf, Judith Ann Klaus, Stephanie Bradshaw; brother, Mark Prietz.

In addition to his father, Joseph is preceded in death by brother Michael Lawrence Prietz.
