Joseph Edward Thomas

Joseph Edward Thomas, age 74, of Fallston, MD passed away on September 25, 2019 at his home. Born in Baltimore City, MD, he was the son of the late Lester W. and Mary (Kist) Thomas Sr. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country in Vietnam as a Seabee and worked as a construction engineer at Henry Adams Inc. He was a member of Grandview Christian for 25 years, American Legion Post 139 and the VFW. He was a foodie, one of his greatest pleasures was cooking and feeding people.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife of 34 years, Margaret (Lockwood-Dilutis) Thomas; sons, Michael (Mary) Dilutis of Middle River and Jayson (Krystal) Dilutis of Perry Hall; brothers, Lester W. (Ginger) Thomas Jr. and John (Tonna) Thomas; sisters, Jeanette Wolf and BJ; grandchildren, Nicolas (Samantha), Dylan (Sarah), Hannah, Emily, Cloey, Jordan, Maddison and Kamden; and great-granddaughter, Cora May.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Scott Dilutis and brother, Henry Thomas.
