Our youngest brother, Jonathan Tristen Eapen, passed away on Sunday September 04, 2022 early in the morning. He was 21 years old.
Tristen was one of our best friends.
Many people say: “I don’t know what I want to do with my life.”
Tristen was not one of those people.
He loved working on cars, so he became a mechanic. He loved Camaros, so he bought two of them. He liked knives and guns, so he collected many of them. He loved video games, so he played them constantly.
He was a rare person who knew exactly what he wanted out of life.
He was born at GBMC in Baltimore to our parents Justus Eapen Sr. and Tracey Kelley. He attended church with us at Mt. Carmel Primitive Baptist Church, and he graduated from Patterson Mill High School in 2019.
In addition to our parents, Tristen is survived by four brothers: Matthew (Danielle) Cody Berry, Aaron (Amanda) Cole Berry, Justus Daniel Eapen Jr., and Lynden Brae Eapen. He is also survived by our grandmothers, Fae Williams and Anna Eapen, and our aunts, Susan Gotschall-Garcia, Jemi Pinder, and Justly Varghese.
Tristen is now resting in glory with our grandfather, Daniel Peranickal Eapen and our uncle, John Joseph Kelley.
