Jon Irwin

Jon Irwin, 51, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 3, 2015 at his home. Born in Silver Spring, MD he was the son of the late Felix Mack Irwin Jr. and Melva Irene Kelly. He was the owner and operator of Johnny Starr Restaurant in Ellicott City and was a member of the Burtonsville Lions Club and Mt. Carmel Primitive Baptist Church in Bel Air.

Mr. Irwin is survived by his wife, Kelley Hunt of Silver Spring; sons, Edward Max Irwin, Kennedy Mack Irwin and Simon Jonathan Irwin all of Edgewater; daughter, Sidney Sweet Irwin of Edgewater; brothers, Felix Mack Irwin III of Bel Air and Gary George Irwin of Mt. Airy; and sisters, Karen Kelly Irwin of Mt. Airy, Lynne Irwin Dodds of Paso Robles, CA and Cheryl Irwin Schutz of Silver Spring.
