John W. Sherrod

John W. Sherrod died at the age of 73 on August 5, 2016 at University of Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore, MD. He was born in New Orleans to Julian Archie Sherrod and Willie Mae (McCoy) Sherrod. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he worked in the manufacturing industry.

He was adored by his wife, Mary Jo Sherrod, his children, Doug Sherrod of Los Angeles and Nicole Sherrod Curcio of Chicago, his son-in-law Michael Curcio, and his grandson Wesley Curcio.
