JOHN W. McCLEARY, age 49, of Aberdeen, died on his way home from St. Joseph on February 9, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Clarence Edward and Laurenia Edmund Rimback McCleary. He was a 1972 graduate of Edgewood High School and had earned an A.A. degree in engineering from Harford Community College. He was a local Christian business man, owning and operating Captain John’s Snowballs and Video Invasion. After becoming bed ridden, he began and managed Lion Management and Affordable Tax, Snow, and Lawn Services. His strong desire to take care of his family drove him to continue working from his bedside until the time of his death. He had a great love in his friends, family and especially the Lord, always welcoming them into his home. He befriended people and animals who were down on their luck providing them with food and shelter. He was always asking questions and learning everything he could about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
