John Stephen Richardson, Jr.

JOHN STEPHEN RICHARDSON, JR., age 83, of Bel Air, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on October 2, 2003. Born in Six, West Virginia, he was the son of the late John Stephen, Sr. and Mary Florence Adams Richardson, and the husband of the late Jane Elizabeth Potter Richardson. He had retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground where he was a mechanic inspector. He has been a resident of Harford County since he moved here at the age of 7. He was a member of the V.F.W. in Abingdon, the Model Airplane Club of Harford County, and the N.R.A. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II.

Mr. Richardson is survived by one son, John Stephen Richardson, III of Edgewood; two daughters, Mary Jane Richardson of Homosassa, Florida; Judith Lee Nugent of Oxnard, California; one sister, Gay Bevins of Beggs, Oklahoma; five grandchild, and seven great-grandchildren.
