John Schenning

John Schenning, age 86, of White Hall, MD went home to be with the Lord on March 7, 2017. He was born in Baltimore MD. He was the son of John Richard Schenning and Marie (Buettner)Goden and was the husband of the late Thelma Lynn Schenning. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during the Korean War. He worked at Bethlehem Steel as a computer programmer for 30 years. He was an active member and usher of the Church of Reconciliation. He enjoyed Bible Study, football and watching classic movies.

Mr. Schenning is survived by his son, Rick Schenning and wife, Tammy, of White Hall; grandchildren, Beth (Jimmy) Hunter, Julie Schenning and Michael (Stephanie) Schenning; and great-grandchildren, Trey and Amaya Schenning. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy Ann Farmer.
