John R. Sichina

John R. Sichina, age 66, of Edgewood, MD, died on February 17, 2009 at his home. Born in North Charleroi, PA, he was the son of the late William John and Kathryn Lakel Sichina. He recently retired from the Baltimore County School System where he taught for over 32 years. His most recent assignment was at Patapsco High School and the Center for the Arts; where he served as a Music and Performing Arts teacher. He also played piano and organ at Presbury United Methodist Church in Edgewood and at Hope Presbyterian Church in Arbutus.

Mr. Sichina is survived by his wife, Robin Leigh Seidel of Edgewood, MD; children, Rachael Lakel Seidel, Joseph Aaron Seidel, and Hannah Pauline Seidel, all of Edgewood, MD, John Stephen Sichina of Riverside, MD, and Sarah Beth Sichina of Towson, MD; brothers, William Sichina of North Carolina and Jeff Sichina of Delaware; and sister, Suzy Galway of Delaware.
