John N. Krause

John N. Krause, age 80, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on January 23, 2021 at his son’s home in Arnold, Maryland. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of John and Grace (Bolton) Krause and husband of the late Carolyn (Old) Krause. A veteran of the U.S. Airforce, he worked as a systems analyst for the U.S. Government. His interests were family genealogy, including writing several books, being with family and history.

John is survived by his son, Steven M. (Karen) Krause; brother, Michael Krause; sisters, Grace D. Purcell, Mary M. McAdoo and Regina A. Kenny; daughter in law, Anne Krause; and grandchildren, Maya, Georgia, Sarah, Megan, Conor and Sydney.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his sons, John N. Krause III and James F. Krause and sister, Marian R. Krause.
