John Mathew Hurban

JOHN MATHEW HURBAN, age 72, of Bel Air, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on April 27, 2005. Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Matthew Paul and Mary Catherine Moncman Hurban. He had retired from the Ballistics Research Lab (BRL) at Aberdeen Proving Ground where he was a mechanical engineer. He was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church. He had graduated from Lafayette College in Eastern Pennsylvania in 1960.

Mr. Hurban is survived by his wife, Rose Marie C. Golob Hurban; a son, John M. Hurban of Bel Air; a brother, Fred Hurban of North Hampton, Pennsylvania; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Emil Hurban.
