John Lee Sunderland Iii.

John Lee Sunderland III, age 71, of Bel Air, MD passed away on March 4, 2016 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late John Lee Sunderland Jr. and Rita Emma (Zellhofer) Sunderland. He was a graduate of Loyola Blakefield High School in 1963 and University of Baltimore in 1970. He worked most of his career as a real estate appraiser and was working part time for Radebaugh Florist up until the time of his death.

Mr. Sunderland is survived by his family, whom he loved so deeply, his wife, Edith Sunderland; sons, John Sunderland IV of White Marsh and Declan Sunderland of Bel Air; daughter, Deirdre Sunderland and husband, Aidan Gavin of Columbia; and granddaughter, Áine Gavin.
