John J. Freeze

JOHN J. FREEZE, age 93, of Forest Hill, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on November 23, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late John Thomas and Agnes Barbara Kaufman Freeze. He was a member of AARP, Madonna, and the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Madonna, and sang in the Chorus of the Chesapeake Barbershop Group. He was an avid square dancer and enjoyed designing Christmas Gardens especially the trains.

Mr. Freeze is survived by his wife of 21 years, Helen L. Miller Freeze; a son, John A. Freeze of the Villages, Florida; two daughters, Barbara A. Farmer of Garner, North Carolina and Marguerite T. Kelly of Arbutus; two sisters, Agnes Gary of Ocean City and Catherine Boyle of Baltimore; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and a great grandson.
