John J. Dutko, age 76, of White Hall, MD passed away on May 31, 2018 at his home. Born in Donora, PA, he was the son of the late John T. and Mary (Bochniak) Dutko. John in his early years was an active Boy Scout and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in theater during the Vietnam War. John worked for Northrop Grumman for twenty-two years as an electrical engineer and information technology specialist before retiring in 2002.
John was an active member of the Baltimore Personal Computer Users Group and served on its board. He also was a member of the Jarrettsville VFW. Other personal activities included travelling, fixing computers, and watching sports.
Mr. Dutko is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sharon Ann Dutko; son, John Dutko of White Hall; two sisters, Geraldine Freudiger of Harrisburg, PA and Lorraine Kinder of Donora, PA; and many nieces & nephews.
