Husband of the late Joyce (nee Tarbox) McNeilly, father of Rhonda McNeilly Brunicke and husband Mike, and Sandra McNeilly Koehler and husband Chuck; grandfather of Joshua, Brenden, Shannon and Jason. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
