John David Comer, Jr.

December 27, 1954 — June 3, 2005

JOHN DAVID COMER, JR., age 50, of Edgewood died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on June 3, 2005. Born in Lynchburg, Virginia, he was the son of Jettie Lee Campbell Doll of Parkton and the late John David Comer, Sr. He had worked for the past 10 years for Baltimore County as a heavy equipment mechanic. He was a member of the White Hall Church of God. He enjoyed playing with his son, Little John, cooking, spending time with his family and friends, and spending time with his grand puppies Mimi and Mylo. He loved to make people laugh and to spoil his daughters-in-law. He served his country in the U.S. Army.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Comer is survived by three sons, David Wayne Comer and his wife, Karrie A. Schnaufer-Comer of Owings Mills, John L. Comer and his fiancée Ashley A. Taylor of Timonium, and John “Little John” David Comer, III, of Darlington; four sisters, Mary L. Craig of Rising Sun, Terry R. Thomas of Conowingo, Lori L. Chester of White Hall, and Anita A. Comer-Jaimes of Joppa; step-father, Bisker W. Doll of Parkton; two nieces; four nephews; two great-nephews; and one great-niece.

Pallbearers will be: John F. Jaimes, James T. Craig, David E. Chester, George T. Thomas, Christopher D. Kovacs, and Ronald L. Jones.

D, age 57, of Baltimore, died at her residence on June 3, 2005. Born in Manhattan, New York, she was the daughter of the late John Harold and Julia Quinones Rogers.
Ms. Harold is survived by one brother, George Christopher Rogers of Bel Air; two sisters, Merci Russo of Abingdon and Lisa Lee Ross of Bel Air; and six nieces and nephews.
