Joe W. Stallard

Joe W. Stallard, age 63, of Joppa, MD, passed away on August 21, 2013 at his home. Born in Marion, VA, he was the son of the late Emory William and Jean Eleanor Parris Stallard. He retired after 40 years in construction. The last 15 years were with Dixie Construction where he worked as a Foreman.

Mr. Stallard is survived by his wife, Joy Connolly Stallard; sons, William T. Stallard of Joppa, Billy J. Stallard of Utah and Nick Stallard of Virginia; daughter, Beverly Porter of Dover, Delaware; sisters, Cathy M. Cliffe of Edgewood and Mary Kay Osborne of Greenville, SC; and grandchild, Marcus.
