Joann Ruth Frank

Joann Ruth Frank, age 93, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on December 31, 2019 at Lorien Bel Air in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of John Henry and Hula (Wheeling) Kehoe and wife of the late Harold George Frank.

Joann is survived by her daughter, Candace P. Foreman and her husband, Roy; son, Harold "Bud" G. Frank and his wife, Cindy; four grandchildren, Sean Foreman and his wife, Katie, Timothy Foreman and his wife, Ann, Benjamin Frank and his wife, Joy, and Megan Morrison (Frank) and her husband, Corey; and great grandchildren, Ember, Orion, and Alice Foreman and Liam and Lillian Morrison.
