Joan Rosalie Norris

Joan Rosalie Norris of Fallston, MD died on August 8, 2016 at the age of 80 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson. Born in Baltimore to Leo Trageser and Dorothy (Will) Moore and was the wife of 58 years to the late William Patrick Norris. She owned one of the top interior design firms in Harford County called Heritage Interiors and also her own flower shop in Fallston called Forever Flowers. She was known for being a caring lady and left the world a better place with her talent and the people she touched with her kindness. She was a long time member of St. Mark Catholic Church where she was involved with different types of outreach. Family and friends meant the world to her.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Patti and husband Thomas of Bel Air and granddaughter, Christina Faith Browe and husband, Matthew.
