Joan M. Minton

Joan M. Minton, age 64, of Edgewood, MD, died on March 29, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Nesquehoning, PA, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Bernard and Ursula Helen Radusky Speshok. She completed her education in Pennsylvania where she earned her degree as a registered nurse and later in her career became Director of Nursing. She was a past member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help where she did community work in Bethlehem, PA and is a current member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Edgewood, MD.

Mrs. Minton is survived by her husband of 42 years, William J. Minton of Edgewood, MD; brothers, Stephen Speshok of Bethlehem, PA and Robert Speshok of Northampton, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
