Joan Anne Kelly

Joan Anne Kelly, age 79, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on April 9, 2020 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Esther (Yeager) McMahon and wife of William Ross Kelly, Jr. She enjoyed being with family, the antics of her great-granddaughters, and collecting angel figurines.

Joan served many years as an office aide and then as secretary for Hazelwood Elementary School in Baltimore in the later 1970’s and early 1980’s.

In addition to her husband, Joan is survived by two sons, William Ross Kelly, III and Brian David Kelly, Sr.; daughter, Brenda Jean Scholl; sister, Jeanette Norwood; brother, Howard Ginsberg; four grandchildren, Megan Kelly, Rebecca Kelly, Katelyn Kelly and Brian David Kelly, Jr; and 2.5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by extended family Lisa Kelly, Wilbur Scholl and Dawn Jones.
