Jim Murray

Jim Murray, age 64, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on June 11, 2012 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Howard and Agnes Veronica Wortman Murray. A resident of Harford County for 20 years, he worked in the construction industry for most of his career. He was extremely artistic and creative with his building skills. He enjoyed model railroading and was an avid golfer. Jim cherished his annual beach weekend with the "guys". He especially enjoyed spending time with his best buddies Tom Slebodnick and Tom Sgroi.

Mr. Murray is survived by his partner of 20 years, Pat Jones; brother, Howard Murray Jr. and wife Sharon; niece Lisa Thamert and family; niece Susan Braverman and family; and his beloved companion, "Maggie" his West Highland Terrier. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Glenn.
