Jessie (Jay) Mildred Foard

JESSIE (JAY) MILDRED FOARD, age 90, of Bel Air, MD, died on April 28, 2006 at her home. Born in Madonna, MD, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Billingslea and Bessie Ray Hitchcock Foard. She had retired from Black & Decker after working on an assembly line. She had been a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church for 65 years. Her family said that she enjoyed her home and her family, and enjoyed hosting Christmas and other holidays.

Miss Foard is survived by two sisters, Margaret L. Foard and B. Ruth Foard, both of Bel Air, MD; and five nephews and nieces, Ira Zepp, Jr., and his wife, Mary of Westminster, MD, Murray Zepp, and his wife, Charlotte of Rising Sun, MD, Elsie Hutchison, and her husband, Holton of Baltimore, MD, Patricia Mikkonen, and her husband, Arvo of Bel Air and Dale Zepp, and his wife, Charlotte of Livingston, MT.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters, Anna Towner, Florence Bennington and Katheryn Zepp.

Pallbearers were Brian Kraemer, Holton Hutchison, Erik Mikkonen and Arvo Mikkonen.
