Jesse Gwynn Fender

October 30, 1923 — November 23, 2005

JESSE GWYNN FENDER, age 82, of Joppa, died on November 23, 2005 at The Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Sparta, NC, he was the son of the late Lundy George Fender and Maggie Adams Fender. He served in the US Army, and was an electrician for United Container for over 20 years. He was a Harford County resident since 1951.

Mr. Fender is survived by his wife of 56 years, Edna Hudson Fender of Joppa; four sons, Gwynn F. Fender, Randy D. Fender, Michael W. Fender, and Donald L. Fender, all of Joppa; one daughter, Margaret Morlok of Aberdeen; one brother, Lewis Fender of Fries, VA; four sisters, Clyde Edwards of Ennice, NC, Grace Fender of Sparta, NC, Betty Burcham of Fries, VA, and Cora Lee Cobbler of Kernersville, NC; and four grandchildren, Christian Morlok and Jeff Morlok, both of Aberdeen, and Josephine Fender and Aaron Fender, both of Hickory.
