Jerry Darnell Guest

Jerry Darnell Guest, age 63, of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away on September 10, 2024, at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Glen Burnie, Maryland, Jerry was the son of the late James Guest Jr. and Leona (Tongue) Carter, and the beloved husband of Becky Marie Guest.

Jerry was passionate about collecting movies and cartoon-related memorabilia, spending time riding his bike, and immersing himself in music, especially Jazz, R&B, and alternative rock. He had a deep love for watching movies, but above all, his family was the center of his life.

He is survived by his cherished son, Myles Garrett Guest; brothers, Berkley (Beverly) Pettigen, Aaron (Karla) Hill, Tracy (Diedre) Hill and Kim Parrish; sisters, Adrienne (Michael) Pearson, and Kathy (Charles) Wilson; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brothers, Vanton Pettigen, Keith Pettigen, and James Guest III, and his sister, Ingrid Guest.
