Jenifer "Robin" Mitzel Hartman

Jenifer "Robin" Mitzel Hartman, age 59, of Bel Air, MD passed away on June 29, 2018 at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, MD. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, she was the daughter of Paul Charles and Priscilla Eloise (Pulse) Mitzel. Jenifer was a humble and gentle soul who loved everybody, especially children, and was a beautiful witness to the Gospel. She loved her dogs, cat, and animals. She also loved cooking. Jenifer had a dry sense of humor and always saw the brighter side of things.

Mrs. Hartman is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gary J. Hartman; son, C. Chad (Emalie) Hartman of Bel Air; grandchild, Baileigh Morgann Hartman of Bel Air; three brothers, Lance (Vicki) Bryan Mitzel of Huntsville, AL, Bruce Douglas Mitzel of Mountville, PA, Paul (Donna) Charles Mitzel of Bel Air; sister, Tammy (Thomas) Jo Jones of Berlin, MD; mother-in-law, Myrtle Bachman of Bel Air; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Paula Jean Dilley.
