Jeannine Ann Quinn-Lacey, age 44, of Port Deposit, Maryland passed away on August 25, 2022 at her home. Born in Towson, Maryland, she was the daughter of Regina (Maskell) Quinn and the late Bob Quinn.
Jeannine grew up in Edgewood, MD where she attended Edgewood High School. She enjoyed being active and excelled on the field hockey team. Jeannine went on to earn an Associates degree from Harford Community College. She worked in Havre de Grace as a Tower Lead for Solvay (formerly Cytec) where she met the love of her life, David Lacey, whom she married and had two wonderful children, Darrin and Devin Lacey. More than anything, Jeannine loved being a mother and wife and spending time with her family. The family often visited Perryville Community Park to sit on the bench and watch the water, play on the playground or walk around the grounds. Jeannine also loved the beach in Ocean City, MD and boating on the Susquehanna River with the family. For quiet time, she could sometimes be found at the Conowingo Dam watching the eagles.
Jeannine is survived by her husband David Lacey; sons, Darrin Lacey and Devin Lacey; her mother Regina (Maskell) Quinn; brothers, Sean Quinn and Ryan Quinn; and many other extended family members.
