Jaroslav ''Jerry'' Adam

Jaroslav "Jerry" Adam, 83, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2015 at home with his family by his bedside. Born in Moravia Slezia, (Czech Republic) he was the son of the late Josef and Marie Adam.

Mr. Adam was a devoted husband and best friend to his wife of 57 years, Sandra; loving father to his sons, Christopher (his wife Angela) of Willow Spring, NC and Nicholas (his wife Shari) of Port Deposit; his daughter, Vivienne Sheppard of Bel Air; he was a proud Grandpa/Papa to his grandchildren, April Morris, Jesse Adam, Christy Adam, Jessica Sheppard, Nolan Neville and Nicholas Adam; and great-grandchildren, Scotty Morris, Charlie Morris and Elizabeth Adam. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Josef Adam.

Mr. Adam was retired from the Bata Shoe Company after thirty-five years of service. He was an avid sportsman; especially golf and tennis.
