Jan-Marc L. Fleischer

Jan-Marc L. Fleischer, age 55, of Abingdon, MD passed away peacefully on December 30, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD surrounded by family and friends after a brief illness. Born in Guerande, France, he was the son of Robert Douglas and Daniele Jeanne (Lemarie) Fleischer. He enjoyed golfing, scuba diving, his family trips to Walt Disney World and riding his motorcycle. He was a man of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ’s love and the beauty and peace that would await him after his passing.

Mr. Fleischer is survived by his wife, Kellie; daughter, Amanda Fleischer; son, Joseph Fleischer; two brothers, Stanley (sister-in-law Pascale Fleischer) and Eric (sister-in-law Liz Fleischer) sister, Ann (sister-in-law Jacqueline Daley); mother-in-law, Barbara Wise; grandfather-in-law, Michael Steiner; sister-in-law, Shannon Recker; brother-in-law, Wayne Zimmerman; nieces and nephews, Michael, Kristina, Nicholas, Floriona, Nadeline and Hunt Fleischer-Pile, Ryan Fleischer and Kaylee Fleischer, Liam Fleischer-Pile, Amelia Fleischer, Amber Recker, Brett Zimmerman and Serena Landers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by father-in-law, Larry C. White and grandmother-in-law, Bernice Steiner and Pete Thrasher, Francis and Marcelle Lemarie, and Joe and Irene Fleischer.
