Janet M. Anders

Janet M. Anders passed away at the age of 71 on May 7, 2016 at Dacota Broad Creek Assisted Living in Whiteford, MD. She was born in Beckley, WV to the late Tracey Ray Shepard and Gladys Ines (Kise) Shepard and was the wife of the late Jimmy D. Anders. She had worked as a secretary at Aberdeen Proving Ground and was a member of the 7th Day Adventists. She also loved to fish.

Mrs. Anders is survived by her son, James K. Anders of Bel Air; daughter, Holly M. Bostic of Darlington; brothers, Grover Ray Shepard of Abingdon and Jerry Shepard of Joppa; sister, Gail Young of Joppa; and grandchildren, Kaylee Marie Bostic and Bristol Mae Bostic. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers Tracey Lee Shepard and Howard Shepard; and her sisters Dorothy Shepard and Helen Mullins.

Pallbearers will be James Anders, Bud Haight Sr., Bud Haight Jr., Randy Anders, John Evans, Jay Gilley and Ray Shepard.
