James Wesley Ulishney, age 24, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on July 9, 2021 at his home. Born in Rossville, Maryland, he was the son of Scott and Sheryl Ulishney. James lived in Harford County all of his life and was nearing the completion of his AA Degree at Harford Community College, and was set to begin a BA in Education at Towson University. James’ Christian faith was integral to him, and he was known for his compassion, generosity, and kindness. He loved hiking in nature, rollerblading, and playing video games with his friends.

In addition to his parents, James is survived by his brother, Paul Ulishney.
