James Wesley Cartwright Sr.

James Wesley Cartwright Sr., age 79, of Uniontown, PA, died on July 15, 2011. Born in Leckie, WV, he was the son of the late Elza and Virginia Norris Cartwright and husband of 20 years to the late Linda Lee Cartwright. A military veteran, he was a machinist for American Can, and loved his Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed bowling, woodworking, liked to show cars and was a NASCAR fan.

Mr. Cartwright is survived by his daughter, Tina M. Cartwright of Port Deposit, MD; significant other of 10 years, Lois E. Howard of Uniontown, PA; brothers, Donald Cartwright of Newark, DE and Emery " Boots" Cartwright of Bluefield, WV; and sister, Paula Richardson of Tucson, AZ.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his brothers, Carl R., Doug and Tom Cartwright and sister, Shirley Peregoy.

Pallbearers were Robert Crytser, Adam Bosley, Donald Cartwright, Joseph Madera, Robert Bosley and Ronald Baker.
