James Barry Underwood

James Barry Underwood, age 78, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, James was the beloved son of the late Paul and Dorothy (Cramer) Underwood.

James spent much of his life in Oxford, Connecticut, before retiring to Harford County, Maryland and Worcester County, Maryland where he embraced the beauty of the Eastern Shore. An avid fisherman, James found immense joy in casting his line for bass and rockfish, cherishing the tranquility and camaraderie of his time on the water.

James is survived by his brother, John Underwood (sister-in-law Linda), and sister, Mary Ellen Underwood, and nieces and nephews.
