James Steven Perrella, age 57, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on January 30, 2019. Born in Baltimore, MD, he attended Archbishop Curley High School. He co-owned and operated Maryland Furniture Restoration since 1983, and he brought incomparable passion, attention to detail, and dedication to his work.
His unique energy always left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He lived his life with an unmatched enthusiasm and generosity of spirit, brightening every room he walked into and every life he touched. A devoted husband and father, he lived and loved to spend time with his family. He loved to hunt, fish, crab, woodwork, paint, collect antiques, and boat on the Chesapeake Bay. He was also an impressive all-around athlete, excelling at soccer and baseball.
James is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Chandra; son, James Anthony Perrella and wife, Emily; daughter, Skylar Elizabeth Perrella; his mother, Violet Wisniewski and her husband Leonard; sister, Ruth Perrella-Barker; brother, John Perrella; his son’s mother, Stacey and her husband Bruce; father-in-law, Bharat Agrawal and his wife, Carol; and brother-in-law, Arun Agrawal and his family. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends. In addition to his father, John Perrella, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas “Pep” Perrella.
