James "Jim" Gilbert Paquette, aged 62, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on August 31, 2023, at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, Maryland. Born in Pennsylvania, he was the son of Gilbert and Susan (Baynes) Paquette and the devoted husband of Mary Kathleen Paquette for 32 years. Jim was a proud graduate of Bel Air High School's class of 1979 and a member of Epic Community Church. Jim was more than just a businessman; he dedicated his life to manufacturing low-voltage electrical systems, including alarms, audio systems, and window candles. His craftsmanship was a source of pride, and he poured his heart into his work. In addition to his professional pursuits, Jim was an avid coin collector. During his leisure time, Jim loved biking and exploring new places. He was also known for his warm hospitality, frequently opening his home to friends and from 1996 to 2019, held a Pig Pick almost annually for various charities.
Survived by his loving wife, Mary Kathleen, Jim is also survived by his son, James Paquette, daughter, Jenna Paquette, and sister, Monica Louke. Jim's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

The family will be hosting a visitation on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Epic Community Church, 1200 Technology Drive, Aberdeen, MD from 3 - 4 pm, with a service to follow at 4:00 pm.
