James P. Chapman

James P. Chapman, age 47, of Bel Air, MD passed away on July 31st, 2018. Born in Neptune, NJ, he was the son of Patricia Anne (Donnelly) Chapman of Tinton Falls, NJ and the late Tom Pritchard Chapman. He was a graduate of Marlboro High School in New Jersey. He enjoyed playing on his guitars, relaxing outdoors and spending time at the pool with friends and family. He also was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens football team, an avid listener of rock music, and a reader. Throughout his life he was noted for his intelligence and philosophical viewpoint on our universe.

In addition to his mother, Jamie Chapman is survived by his three children, Bailey Chapman, Thomas Chapman, and Austin Chapman of Bel Air; former spouse, Anne Chapman of Bel Air; and siblings, Tom Chapman of Tinton Falls, NJ, Patricia Chapman of Virginia Beach, VA and Mary Doffont of Old Bridge, NJ.

A private memorial service will be held at The Church of St. Gabriel in New Jersey, where he will be laid to rest.
