JAMES HOMER ROBERSON, age 45, of Whiteford, died on January 26, 2006 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Ralph William, Jr. and Mildred Elizabeth Craig Roberson. A life-long resident of Harford County, he worked in construction in Harford County for over 20 years, and was employed by Old Line Restoration. He enjoyed cooking, crabbing, hunting and loved to watch football.
Mr. Roberson is survived by his wife, Amy Catherine Chell Roberson, of Whiteford, MD, whom he married on January 6 of this year; one son, James R. Roberson of Edgewood, MD; one daughter, Courtney Michelle Roberson of Joppatowne, MD; one step-daughter, Rebecca Page McDowell of Whiteford, MD; a brother, Ralph William Roberson III of Abingdon, MD; four sisters, Carol Ann Gregory, and Kathleen Ann Roberson, both of North Carolina, Janet Lee Roberson of Dublin, MD and Norma Jean Cooper of Abingdon, MD; one granddaughter, Chloe Roberson, and one grandson, Tyler Roberson, both of Jarrettsville, MD; his grandmother, Hettie Craig of Edgewood, three nieces and three nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Michael Alexander Roberson.
Pallbearers were Paul Workinger, James A. Scarborough, Paul Wilkenson, John Sullivan, David Hooker, Sonny Fritsche, and Charlie Conrad.
