James Edward Centineo

November 15, 1933 — April 20, 2004

JAMES EDWARD CENTINEO, age 70, of Bel Air, died in Mariner Health of Forest Hill on April 20, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late James Nicholas and Cecilia Marie Barry Centineo. He worked as a pit boss for the Prince George’s County Casinos. He umpired minor league baseball and Baltimore City Parks and Recreation baseball. He refereed football, soccer, and basketball. He was a member of the MSA Baseball Association.

Mr. Centineo is survived by one brother, John B. Centineo and his wife, Mary C. of Bel Air and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Samuel T. Centineo.


Pallbearers will be: Tomas Diaz, Tomas Diaz, John Centineo and Joseph Centineo
