James Edmond Booth

March 29, 1930 — January 14, 2004

JAMES EDMOND BOOTH, age 73, of Joppa, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on January 14, 2004. Born in Washington, D.C. he was the son of the late Homer Tyndall and Edith Ione Beyer Booth, and the husband of the late Raymonde Emilia Feval Booth. He had retired from his job with Schenuit Industries and Price Water House as a C.P.A. He opened his own AMC Transmission Shop in Brooklyn, Maryland. After his wife’s death in 1996, he worked for H & R Block during tax season and Long and Foster where he was a real estate agent. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Booth is survived by one son, James N. Booth of Joppa and his fiancée, Caryl Laubach; one sister, Mary Jane McClain of Bluefield, Virginia; a niece, Susan Vlahos of Mount Airy, and nephew Jack Booth of Parkville.
