James D. Siler, 86, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 20, 2017 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Jellico, KY, he was the son of Darrion and Della Siler and was the husband of the late Phyllis Jean Siler. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had worked for Black & Decker as a tool and die maker. He was also a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Mr. Siler is survived by two sons, Steven Siler and his wife Tammy of York, PA and Ricky D. Siler of Bel Air; sister, Peggy Siler McNeill and her husband Chuck McNeill; two brothers, Curt Siler and his wife Jean and Eddie Siler and his wife Carmen; 6 grandchildren, Shaun, Darrion, Sarah, Derick, Tori and Kaylee; and 2 great grandchildren, Olivia and Brayden, daughter and son of Scott and Sarah Shaw.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronnie Siler; and his sons Jeffrey D. Siler and Gary W. Siler.
