James C. Dunn, Sr.

JAMES C. DUNN, SR., age 84, of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, died at his residence on October 17, 2002. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late James L. and Catherine A. Hiob Dunn. He worked as an electrician for 47 years and belonged to the I.B.E.W. Member Local #28. A resident of Harford County for 35 years, he was a member of the V.F.W. Post 07046, Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II and received the WW II Victory Ribbon.

Mr. Dunn is survived by his wife of 62 years, Thelma M. Becker Dunn; two sons, James C. Dunn of White Hall; Richard B. Dunn of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania; one sister, Rita Acree of Baltimore; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter, June Carole Dunn.

Pallbearers were: James C. Dunn, Jr., Richard B. Dunn, James T. Dunn, Kevin M. Dunn, Jacob T. Call, and Herbert M. Spangler. Honorary pallbearer was Alexander B. Dunn.
