James Anthony Schleicher Sr.

James Anthony Schleicher Sr., age 57, of Bel Air, MD passed away on October 6, 2019 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Robert Frank and Florence (Dauses) Schleicher and husband of Bonnie Jean (Nuttle) Schleicher. He was President of Ravens Roost #74 in Bel Air. He was a member of American Legion Post 39 and a parishioner at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. His favorite hobby was riding his bike around town and through the Ma & Pa Trail. He also loved going camping, having bonfires, walking his dogs, doing home projects, and watching the Ravens play. Jim was a loving husband, father, brother and friend who valued family time over everything.

In addition to his wife, James is survived by son, James Anthony Schleicher Jr. of Annapolis (Girlfriend Halli Bronstein);daughter, Ashley (Jon) Manger of Lutherville; sister, Joyce Ann (Schleicher) Mays; brothers, Robert Schleicher, Jr., David (Velma) John Schleicher, and Alan (Andrea) Michael Schleicher; grandchildren, Jonathan Paul Manger, Jr. and Brooks Anthony Manger; nieces, Beth Schleicher and Jennifer Schleicher Schenning; and two nephews, Scott Marsh and Joey Schleicher.
