Jack Shaul

Jack Shaul, age 80, of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away on January 23, 2023 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, he was the son of John and Mary (Shedlarski) Shaul and moved to Baltimore at a young age. As a devoted husband, father, family member, dog dad, and friend, Jack loved nothing more than being surrounded by those who he loved. He invited any friends or family down to his beach house in Ocean City, where he spent his days soaking up the sun on the beach and nights cooking 5-course meals for everyone. Jack, his wife, and his daughter are all graduates of the University of Maryland, College Park which made him incredibly proud. As a passionate engineer, his work took him all over the world and fed his love for traveling. Jack will always be remembered by his witty humor, personalized pancakes he made in the mornings, and his love for everyone in his life.

John is survived by his wife Barbara Shaul; son, Todd "TJ" Shaul; daughter, Savannah Shaul and her husband, Geoffrey Browning.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Ovelgone.
