Jack Grisson

Jack Grisson, age 77, of Aberdeen, MD passed away on July 27, 2018 at his home. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Howard and Bertha (Singleton) Grisson and husband of the late Elva Betty (Getz) Grisson. He was a bouncer and manager at the Redwood Inn for a long time and also worked at Normar's, which is where he met his wife of 35 years. He retired from Harbison Walker International where he was a safety manager. He enjoyed Maryland sports, eating crabs and going to flea markets. He was a house painter for many years and enjoyed keeping himself busy. He loved pulling pranks and practical jokes on anyone that would fall for it. He loved his family dearly, especially his wife and adored his dogs as they were a huge part of his life.

Mr. Grisson is survived by his sons, Robert F. Grisson and his fiancée, Barbara Johnson, of Melbourne, FL, Frank P. Grisson and his wife, Melissa, of Apopka, FL, and Thomas Shawn Grisson and Sherry Ward of Cocoa, FL; daughters, Leah A. Micucci of Forest Hill, Pamela M. Micucci and husband, Lawrence, of Parkville and Dawn M. Tormollen of Forest Hill; grandchildren, Maria & Olivia Micucci, Dominick Micucci, William & Ryan Tormollen, Madison & Colby Grisson, Taylor & Darby Grisson; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Lucht, Doris Starr and Barbara Byers and brother, William Grisson.
